Surrounded by the green and a short walk from the beautiful beach of the Etruscan coast, lies the La Rosa dei Venti Villa.
It is very a quiet family villa, completely renovated, and consists of 4 apartments, one 2 bedroom and three 1 bedroom apartments on the ground floor with private entrances and gardens.
The Ponente apartment features a large private garden with a gazebo equipped with a table and chairs, and consists of a small cosy living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
It is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a washing machine, a safety deposit box, a beach umbrella and a deckchair, and has a reserved parking space.

The price indicated does not include the one-off payment of € 80 for extra costs : final cleaning, utility fees, bed linen and towels (weekly change isn't included).

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The mandatory deposit of € 200 is to be paid in cash upon arrival (cannot be prepaid).
