Rif. SB5 - SOMBRERO

Located in a green residential area, the Sombrero Residence is a small building with gardens a short walk from the beach.
The apartment is fitted with all conveniences and consists of a large living room with a sofa bed for two, a double bedroom with three beds, a bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, air conditioning and a parking space. Please be informed that the access to the parking is difficult.

- Beach service at the bathing establishment

The price indicated does not include the one-off payment of € 100 for the final cleaning excluding the kitchen, which is to be cleaned by the guests. (Additional cleaning of the kitchen costs € 50)
