Located a few kilometres from the sea, nestled in the tranquillity of the green hills of San Vincenzo, and offering the stunning view of the Gulf of Baratti and the Ancient Fortress of San Silvestro, Villa San Bartolo is the ideal place for your holidays in direct contact with the nature.
The Villa is located in the Metalliferous Hills 2 km from the sea and is surrounded by woods and an endless expanse of olive trees.
With its large living room, a nice kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. The patio that surrounds it is the ideal place to fully experience the evocative atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside of the Etruscan Coast.
The villa is equipped with a TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a barbecue. Laundry service is available on request.
Pets are welcome.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The mandatory deposit of € 200 is to be paid in cash upon arrival (cannot be prepaid)..

The price indicated does not include the one-off payment of € 160 for extra costs : final cleaning, utility fees, bed linen and towels (weekly change isn't included).
